Exchange Policy

To protect every customer, please check your items as soon as possible after receiving them. If there is a wrong item, defect or size issue, please keep the original packaging and contact us.

Eligible Exchange Cases

  • You received the wrong style, color or size.
  • The item has clear non-human damage or defects.
  • The size is not suitable and the same item is still available in another size.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • The item has been washed, worn, had tags removed, carries perfume or shows signs of use.
  • Accessories, intimate wear, sale items or products marked as non-exchangeable.
  • Refund requests due to personal preference, slight color difference or manual measurement variance.

How to Apply

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days after receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details, product photos and a description of the issue.
  • After our team confirms the case, we will advise the exchange or next arrangement.
